The Phidgets IR Distance Sensor Interface Module is an adapter to interface Sharp distance sensors to the Phidgets Sensor Interface Kit 8/8/8 (RB-Phi-04) or any microcontroller offering ADC input. The GP2D12 measures distances from 10 cm to 80 cm producing a voltage from 0 to 2.5V. This is interpreted as a sensor value of 0 to approximately 500 on the 8/8/8.
